I use to use nice size box with just a towel in it for a birthing box and just replaced the towel when she’s done. I also kept food, water, and a litter box close to her. In my experience let Mom move them where she wants as long as it’s a safe place and help her move the babies and place food, water, and a litter where she is at and also in her normal spots.
